Apartment Jasmin 3 is in Medulin which lies in the southern region of Istria, Croatia. This modern and private apartment is part of only 2 other apartments of the building Jasmin apartments (Plavo Sidro). The building was built in 2019 and renting started in the summer of 2020.
The apartment is on the first floor right side and has its own entrance. This wonderful accommodation lies right on the coast (2 min walk) and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Jasmin 3 is tastefully decorated, has bright rooms but also the possibility of a total blackout for peaceful rest. In the bedroom, you will find a soft oversize bed, and in the living room a sofa which can be turned into an additional bed. The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven and a freezer for those hot summer days.
The beach is 50 m distance from the apartment. An easy 15-minute walk and you can reach the supermarkets Konzum, the bank, post-office, restaurants, bakery and more.
Medulin, the perfect summertime destination
Medulin is suitable for active vacationers and those who just want to rest. With its unique atmosphere and convenient size, it’s perfect for short and long walks along the coast and a variety of other sports activities. There is football, horse riding, tennis, sailing, mini golf, flying, bowling, beach volleyball, snorkeling and diving, cycling, sup, kitesurfing, and more!
The combination of the mild Mediterranean climate and crystal-clean sea will inevitably impress and convince you to visit again.
Medulin is close to different tourist attractions which also makes it a perfect point of departure. Pula, for example, is a historic city from Roman times where you can discover the only ancient Roman colosseum in existence that still has all four sides intact! And it’s only 10 min drive from Jasmin accommodations.
Another popular tourist destination that is popular for its stunning and unspoiled nature is Brijuni. Brijuni are former private islands that were in use by the ex Yugoslavian leader Tito. There you can learn more about history but also relax and swim, and even explore a safari for exotic animals!
In addition, you can do a bike tour or rent a real vintage Cadillac!
